110 Land Co.
110 Land Co.'s mission is to improve wildlife and ecosystem health by maximizing land use potential with the most current science-based management practices.
At 110 Land Co., we strive to help educate others on how to be good stewards of their land and the natural resources they manage, so they may leave a lasting legacy. We are committed to conservation, giving back to the land and serving others in any way we can. The name 110 came from the idea that if we give back one percent of our time and ten percent of our resources, we can make a lasting impact on the world around us.
Devon McGinnis
Born and raised in central Virginia, Devon grew up hunting, fishing, and farming. Shortly after high school, Devon joined the Marine Corps and was stationed at Camp Pendleton in southern California. While on the West Coast, Devon took every free opportunity he had to bow hunt several western states.

Upon transitioning from active duty in 2019, he moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to attend N.C. State University where he majored in Fish, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology and minored in Forestry Management. Prior to starting 110 Land Co., Devon has worked with N.C. State's Plant Science Lab, as a Project Manager for a habitat management company and lead multiple prescribed burns, amongst other projects.

Devon spends his free time with his wife, Rachael, or out in the woods hunting. He is also passionate about photography, training horses, bird dogs, and loves to chase wild birds with his GSP, Moose!
